Welcome to Vnistar.com. This website is operated by Yiwu Vnistar Jewelry Factory. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, and all wholesale orders for DIY jewelry charms and findings placed through our site. By browsing our website, creating an account, submitting an order or making payment, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our website or place orders.
1. Wholesale Eligibility
Vnistar primarily serves business buyers, retailers and DIY jewelry merchants for wholesale. All orders are subject to minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements shown on each product listing. We reserve the right to reject any order without explanation.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices displayed on the website are in US Dollars by default.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time you complete payment shall apply to your order.
- If obvious pricing errors occur on the website, Vnistar reserves the right to cancel your order and process a full refund.
- Payment must be completed in full before order processing begins. We do not offer credit terms unless formally agreed in writing.
3. Orders & Production
- Receipt of your payment confirms we receive your order; this does not guarantee immediate stock availability. We will notify you promptly if any items are out of stock.
- Standard processing time for in-stock goods is 3–7 business days after payment. Lead time for OEM/custom orders will be confirmed via email before production.
- Minor color difference between batches and slight size tolerance are normal characteristics of metal jewelry and are not considered defective goods.
4. Shipping & Delivery Risk
- Shipping cost is calculated and displayed during checkout. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees.
- Estimated delivery times are for reference only. Vnistar is not liable for delays caused by courier, customs inspection, weather, strikes or other factors beyond our control.
- Risk of loss, damage or theft of goods transfers to the buyer once the parcel is handed over to the logistics carrier.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to clear customs and pay all import taxes and duties.
5. Returns, Refunds & Claims
- Returns due to buyer’s personal preference, over-ordering or slow sales are NOT accepted for wholesale orders.
- Claims for defective items must be submitted within 7 days after parcel delivery. You must provide clear photos/videos to sale10@vnistar.com for verification.
- We will arrange replacement or partial compensation for confirmed production defects at our discretion. No full order refund will be approved without mutual written agreement.
- Custom/OEM manufactured items cannot be returned unless confirmed mass production quality issues exist.
6. Intellectual Property
- All product photos, designs, logos, text, artwork and molds displayed on vnistar.com belong to Vnistar. No copying, downloading, reproduction or commercial use is allowed without our written authorization.
- If buyers provide custom logos or artwork for OEM production, buyers warrant they own full intellectual property rights and shall indemnify Vnistar against any third-party infringement claims.
7. Website Usage Rules
You may not use this website for illegal activities, fraud, data scraping, hacking or any action that damages our website operation. We reserve the right to block your access at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
All products are sold “as-is”. Vnistar does not guarantee the jewelry will maintain color under all wearing environments. Tarnishing caused by sweat, chemical contact or improper storage is not covered by warranty.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Vnistar be liable for any indirect loss, lost profit, business interruption or consequential damages arising from your order. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid for that specific order.
10. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect once published on vnistar.com. Continued use of our website means you accept updated Terms.
